Portrait Re-take Day: Nov. 2
Oct 28, 2011 | Taylor Long In late September, all New School students had their yearly school portrait taken by Lifetouch Photography. During the third week of October, parents received proofs of these portraits and were invited to order prints by filling out the included order form and returning it in the provided envelope, with payment, to The New School's main office no later than Friday, November 4th.
For parents who are not satisfied with their child’s first portrait proof, Lifetouch will return to The New School for a Portait Re-take Day this Wednesday, November 2nd. If you would like your child to participate in Re-take Day, please submit a re-take request at: www.thenewschool.org/re-takes.

Proofs from Portrait Re-take Day will be delivered to the school in the coming weeks and print orders from this second round of portraits will be due in December.
Why do we have Portraits taken?
Each year, we invite Lifetouch Photography to take portraits of our students for 3 reasons:
- To use in our yearbook
- To use in our student database
- To offer parents the option to order portrait prints
