Athletics

The New School's athletic program is an excellent way for our students to enjoy the spirit of competition in a safe, structured environment while using their talents to strive for success at a high level. In addition to gaining fundamental athletic skills, our student-athletes learn the value of practice, preparation and perseverance, how to work together to achieve a common goal and how to succeed and fail with exemplary character.

Our community of parents, guardians, and coaches work to inspire student-athletes to live as leaders on and off the court, and as responsible citizens to the community. We hope that your child will choose to participate in the athletic program here at The New School. Our goal is to provide a positive experience for every student-athlete and family. Your support, however, is by far the most influential to their motivation, perceived competence and overall enjoyment.

The New School is a member of the Arkansas Activities Association (AAA) and offers the sports above for Junior High and Upper School students. Strength & Conditioning is provided for athletes in 7th-12th grade.
